Lynkmanage is a product owned and operated by Lynkread LLP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lynkmanage. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms with Lynkread LLP. If you don't agree, please don't use Lynkmanage.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Lynkmanage.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including using it for fraudulent invoicing, illegal activity, sending spam, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Plans, payments & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in the currency shown at checkout.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Payments you collect from your own customers are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe, PayPal and Wise) under their terms.
Your content
You own the invoices, client details and data you put into Lynkmanage. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you create.
Intellectual property
Lynkmanage, its software, branding and design are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property beyond using the service as intended.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Lynkmanage reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features over time.
Termination
You can stop using Lynkmanage at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is removed.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynkmanage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
